DELIVERY METHODS
• Collect from Superhome Center stores
If you wish to collect your order from the store of your preference, the maximum waiting time is 24 hours. You will be contacted to collect your order
from the store by a store administrator.
Should you wish to collect your order from your preferred Akis Express service point, the delivery cost is €4.00 for up to 30kgs and the processing time is maximum 5 working days. You will be contacted when your order is ready for collection.
• Home delivery
For home delivery orders, the maximum delivery time is 5 business days.
The delivery cost for orders up to 30Kg starts from € 4.00 while for orders over 30kg the cost starts from € 20.00. Charges are calculated based on weight and delivery area.
Charges may increase due to the volume and the delivery area.

• When sending the order, the carrier who has taken delivery of your purchases, will contact you to arrange the delivery date.
• The driver delivers the order directly to the sidewalk, in front of the entrance of your house, if this is possible.
• For building materials, or wood, furniture, cast-iron fireplaces, stoves are delivered exclusively on the sidewalk.
• For in-house delivery, special consultation should be made with the carrier.
• Where a crane or hoist may be needed, the carrier may charge you extra.
NOTES:
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Orders that are received before 12:00am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched same day and arrive next working day at the latest. Order that are received after 12:00am are dispatched next working day and arrive next working day at the latest. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day and arrive withing 24hrs at the latest.
You may experience delays if an item in your order is not in stock in your province.
Orders to hard-to-reach locations may take longer to arrive.
At the moment we cannot service order outside the republic of Cyprus.

Please be advised that some of the products we deliver are not assembled.
We recommend that you carefully review the assembly instructions provided with your purchase prior to assembling. If necessary, seek external professional assistance or ask our Technical Assistance for help, to ensure the proper assembly of the product. This will help you avoid any inconvenience or safety concerns.
