Most children have great big personalities and usually have great big opinions too. Choosing an outdoor gift that is perfect for its young recipient needs a little thought… and as always, we are here to help.
- Our solidly-designed, best-selling trampolines provide a fun activity that everyone will enjoy. There are however, a few things you need to consider before purchase, to make sure it really is the perfect gift:
Garden size: We offer three different sizes from 140 to 305 cm so you will have to make sure the garden is big enough for set up and the ground level is even.
Surrounding area: Our trampolines all feature and excellent safety enclosure net, but the surrounding area should still be clear of obstacles, structures and debris.
- These outdoor toys can last for years, but they need regular maintenance so make sure that someone responsible can take on frequent checks, replacing parts and cleaning.
- Our sturdy collection of playhouses come in a range of designs and cheerful colours, are easy to assemble and are great for kids that are sociable but also enjoy playing by themselves, have started to learn about role play, are intrigues by household chores or have siblings that are close to their age.
- Lively toddlers that like tactile play, enjoy the beach and are known to make quite a bit of a mess, will love moulding shapes and getting creative with their very own sand and water table.
- If your child is shy and struggling with balance, moving back and forth on our rockers will help them coordinate their sense of gravity. The same rocking motion will also enjoyed by active children with a lot of energy, while the single and multiple-use design will allow them to choose between solo playtime and safely sharing the fun.
- You can never go wrong with a classic and perfectly safe swing paired with a surprisingly affordable slide made with durable and UV resistant plastic for the garden. Don’t forget, you can always add play mats if you want to secure an extra soft ‘landing area’.
- A mini ping-pong table is an amazing way to teach little ones how to compete respectfully and let’s face it… push themselves to win (or learn how to lose gracefully). Just make sure you have a walled off corner available in the garden, or simply place it in an indoor playroom, otherwise the entire family will be chasing tiny ping-pong balls during every game.
- Your little ones will also enjoy sitting with the grown-ups for a while during garden gatherings with friends and family, so make sure you always have a few colourful outdoor children’s chairs within reach.
- Spring is also the perfect time to learn how to fly a kite! Visit our stores and get yourself and your kids a cool delta kite in an assortment of colours. It is also cycling season, so if you have gifts to get for pre-teens and teens, safety helmets, gloves and other accessories are always a good idea.
