Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification (please remember to check your spam or junk folder) and may also be contacted by the store team.

Orders are typically prepared within 5 working days, depending on product availability.

You can also choose to collect your order from the Akis Express service point of your choice.

Delivery charge: €4.00 for orders up to 30kg

Processing time: Up to 10 working days

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection.

We deliver directly to your home anywhere in Cyprus. The maximum delivery time is 10 working days.

Delivery charges are as follows:

• Orders up to 30kg: from €4.00
• Orders over 30kg: from €20.00

Final delivery charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location.

• Home deliveries are made Mon-Fri, 10:00 - 18:00.
• Orders are delivered to the pavement outside your property (where access allows).
• Building materials, timber, furniture, fireplaces, and stoves are pavement-drop only.
• If you require inside delivery, arrange this directly with the carrier in advance.
• Additional charges may apply if a crane/lifting equipment is required.

• Orders are normally dispatched within 10 working days.
• Times may be extended for temporarily out-of-stock items or hard-to-reach areas.
• Deliveries are only within the Republic of Cyprus (Exception: BOX NOW delivers to Greece).
