About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy E-Commerce Content Management Officer to join our growing E-Commerce team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and enhancing our online product catalogue, ensuring our e-shop content remains accurate, engaging, and visually appealing across all digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about e-commerce, content creation, product presentation, and digital trends, with an eye for detail and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, update, and maintain the company’s online product catalogue on a daily basis
  • Prepare and upload new products, descriptions, specifications, images, and digital assets to the e-commerce platform
  • Edit and optimize product images using tools such as PhotoRoom, Canva, Photoshop, or similar applications
  • Create and edit short-form video content for products and campaigns using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar video editing software
  • Ensure all online content is accurate, visually consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Work with the company ERP system and e-commerce back-office platforms
  • Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external partners to gather product information and assets
  • Assist in improving product presentation and overall online customer experience
  • Support content optimization initiatives, including SEO best practices and digital merchandising

Stay updated on e-commerce, social media, and digital content trends 

Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with content creation and digital editing tools such as:
    • CapCut
    • PhotoRoom
    • Canva
  • Ability to edit basic product and promotional videos for social media and e-commerce use
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and digital content trends will be considered an advantage
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar) and CMS systems will be considered a strong advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage

Experience

  • Previous experience in an e-commerce, digital content, or online retail environment is preferred
  • Experience managing online product catalogues or website content will be considered an advantage

About the Role

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic HR team at Superhome Center (DIY) Ltd. Based at our Head Offices in Nicosia, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth department workflows across our 6 department stores pan-Cypriot. This role is ideal for an empathetic professional with a positive mindset, an eye for detail, and a strong understanding of the fast-paced retail sector, eager to contribute to our employee support and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily human resources management duties (including communication, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and performance evaluation) in line with company policies.

  • Ensure compliance with HR procedures and guarantee the smooth operation of the department, focusing on the specific needs of the retail industry.

  • Manage, coordinate, and streamline company recruitment and hiring processes.

  • Provide continuous support, guidance, and assistance to company personnel.

  • Manage employee leaves and maintain updated attendance records.

  • Prepare, issue, and maintain essential HR documentation (such as employment contracts, certificates of employment, and official letters).

  • Support the maintenance of physical and digital personnel files, ensuring the HR Information System (HRIS) remains fully updated.

  • Participate in the organization of employee training sessions and prepare necessary applications and documentation for relevant external authorities.

Candidate Profile

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).

  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Familiarity with digital HR tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., Exelsys) will be considered a strong advantage.

  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Strong team player with a pleasant personality, empathy, and high integrity.

  • Confident, professional, and discreet handling of confidential information.

  • Deep understanding of the challenges and needs within the retail sector.

Experience

  • University Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar HR role is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
