      Responsibilities & Duties

      • Transactions: Handling product returns, processing refunds, and issuing invoices.

      • Special Orders: Managing and processing special customer orders.

      • Communication: Handling professional telephone communication with customers and making in-store announcements.

      • Customer Support: Providing excellent service and resolving issues regarding complaints, returns, and repairs.

      • Product Knowledge: Maintaining a satisfactory level of knowledge regarding the company's product range.

      • Repairs: Coordinating and handling the product repair process.

      Requirements

      • Languages: Excellent proficiency in both Greek and English.

      • Digital Skills: Good knowledge of Computer systems/applications.

      • Logistics: Loading and unloading goods, including the use of machinery/equipment.

      • Stock Transfer: Transporting goods between the warehouse and retail stores.

      • Inventory Control: Conducting stock counts and audits as directed by the Department Manager.

      Requirements

      • Reporting: Counting the register at the end of each shift, ensuring no discrepancies, and preparing the relevant daily reports.

      • Maintenance: Maintaining the cleanliness and professional image of the checkout area.

      • Customer Service: Providing high-quality service, maintaining excellent product knowledge, and managing customer complaints or issues.
