Due to high volumes, we recommend that you place your order through our website.

Browse over 35000 products at your leisure, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select your delivery method and use your credit/debit card to complete your order. For added features we suggest to create a customer’s account

  • •   How much is the delivery cost:

Delivery costs start at €4,00. Delivery costs may vary according to the size and weight of your order. For more information, please visit https://superhome.com.cy/english/delivery-methods

  • •   How can I pay:

For customers who visit the stores, payment can be made at the cash register either in cash or credit/debit card.

For customers who place orders online, payment can be made by credit/debit card at the end of the checkout process.

For customers who place orders by phone, payment can be made by credit card over the phone manually.

  • •   When will I receive my order:

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Orders that are received before 12:00am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched same day and arrive next working day at the latest. Order that are received after 12:00am are dispatched next working day and arrive next working day at the latest. Orders received during the weekend or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day and arrive withing 24hrs at the latest.

You may experience delays if an item in your order is not in stock in your province.

Orders to hard-to-reach locations may take longer to arrive.

At the moment we cannot service order outside the republic of Cyprus.

Due to the increased volume of orders because of Covid-19, your order will be delivered within 5 working days, depending on the region and the chosen delivery method.

Yes of course you can, as long as it hasn’t already been dispatched. You can do so either by calling as at 77777545, or by completing our Contact Form

In either case we will require your Name, Phone and Order number.

Please note that depending on your bank, payment reversal time may vary.

  • •   Can I pay now and have my order delivered at later date:

Yes, you can, but you must inform us to the date of the dispatched either as a note during your checkout online or informing our sales representatives when placing your order over phone. Alternatively, you can make your arrangements at the customers service desk if you are shopping in our physical stores.
