      1) Drain or drain as much as you can of the water left in the clogged drain. 
      2) Cut the edge of the envelope and carefully empty all the contents into the drain hole. 
      3) Slowly and with CAUTION pour 1-2 liters of boiling water over the blockage and move away from the area. 
      4) Leave on for 5-10 minutes and then add plenty of cold water. If necessary, you can apply a second time. 
      5)Check for general hydraulic damage to the drain.
