Strovolos - Live Link Competition 13/6/2026

      Terms and Conditions: 

       

      1. The competition is organized by "Superhome Center (DIY) Ltd" (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").

      2. To participate in this Competition, you must unconditionally accept all of the current conditions of participation and expressly consent to the Company posting the names of the winners on its website.

      3. Participation in the Competition is individual. Participation is allowed to those who reside permanently in Cyprus and have reached the age of 18, on the date of their participation in the Competition and have legal capacity to participate (hereinafter the "Participants").

      4. Employees of the companies "SUPERHOME CENTER (DIY) LTD” as well as their spouses and relatives up to the first degree are excluded from participation.

      5. The duration of the Competition is set for 13/6/2026 from 11:00 a.m. (hereinafter the "Start of the Competition"), until 20:00p.m. of the same day (further the "End of the Competition"). After the end of the duration of the Competition, no entries will be accepted.

      6. Participation process:

      I. The Participant must fill in all the fields of the participation form (coupon) in the competition and answer correctly the question contained. He/she must confirm that he/she has read and accepts the terms of participation by selecting the corresponding boxes and that he/she consents to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes of the competition.

      II. Once each coupon has been completed, it should be placed in the coupon collection box. The Participant must keep the clipping.

      III. The submission of participation in the Competition lays with the sole responsibility of the Participants.

      7. All valid entries will participate in a random draw which will take place on June 16th, 2025. If for any reason it is impossible to conduct the random draw on the day, the Company reserves the right to change it with a prior announcement on the Superhome Center (DIY) website.

      8. More than fifteem (15) will win products from Superhome Center (DIY).

      9. All prizes are personal and are not exchanged with money or with other products or services other than the products expressly made available in accordance with these Terms of the Competition to the winners.

      10. The winners will be informed by phone and at their e-mail address, for the receipt of their gifts. If any winner does not present himself/herself for the receipt of his/her gift, presenting his/her political identity card and the coupon of the lucky coupon by July 16th, 2026, then he/she loses the right to claim it.

      11. The names of the winners, who will be declared by the draw, will be posted on June 18th , 2026 on the "Superhome Center (DIY)" website www.superhome.com.cy.  Each Participant unreservedly agrees to the posting of his/her name, provided that he/she emerges as the winner and expressly and irrevocably authorizes the Company to use and publish any news and/or photographic material related to the conduct of the Competition, the entries, and the winners, for advertising or promotional purposes and the promotion of the Competition and its results through the printed and electronic press and the internet, without paying any fee or compensation.

      12. By participating in the Competition, each Participant consents that his/her personal data will be used by the Company as responsible for their processing through automated or non-automated means either by himself or through any other natural or legal person he/she appoints to carry out the above processing at its’ command and on Company’s behalf, for the purpose for which they are collected, namely the conduct of the Competition. In any case, personal information will be kept in accordance with the applicable Legislation. These personal data will be deleted after the prize has been sent to the winners or to another person to be decided by the Company in case the winner does not show the receipt of the prize and in any case after one month after the Competition.

      13. The Company is entitled to cancel even ex post participation that is not in accordance with these terms after the expiration and announcement of the winner. The relevant decision of the Company is final and not questionable.

      14. For any information or complaint regarding the Competition, any participant or third party may contact the Company at 22205444.

      15. The Company is entitled to modify the terms of the competition at any time at their fair discretion, and any modification will be posted on the Company’s website.

      16. These terms are governed by Cyprus law.
